ANDROGOGY INSTEAD OF PAEDOGOGY–
IQAC (academics) had promoted student centered teaching and learning.
Faculties act as facilitators an enhancing student’s involvement and responsibilities in improving their own hard skills and soft skills, group discussions, seminars assignments, problem solving approaches of learning are endorsed as a part of teaching-learning approach. The said initiative have been proved extremely conductive to increase self directed learning among the students.
