Vision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To become a center of excellence in Food Engineering and Technology by imparting quality education, promoting research and innovation, and developing skilled professionals to ensure food safety, nutrition, and sustainable development for society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. To provide strong foundational knowledge in food science, processing, and engineering through quality education and modern laboratory practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To promote research, innovation, and industry collaboration in Food Engineering and Technology to address emerging challenges in food safety, nutrition, and sustainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To develop skilled, ethical, and socially responsible professionals with entrepreneurial abilities to serve the food industry and society.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    PEO1:<\/strong>Graduates will apply knowledge of Food Engineering and Technology to work effectively in food industries, research organizations, and allied sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PEO2: <\/strong>Graduates will analyze real-world food-related problems and develop innovative and sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PEO3 :<\/strong>Graduates will demonstrate ethical practices and contribute to food safety, public health, and societal well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PEO4 :<\/strong>Graduates will pursue higher education, research, or entrepreneurship and adapt to evolving technologies through lifelong learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PEO5: <\/strong>Graduates will contribute to agro-based industries, food processing sectors, and nutritional development aligned with regional and national needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
