The primary goal of the committee is to provide students with timely study materials based on their academic needs. The committee aims to offer a conducive environment for students at PCPS & RC by ensuring a quiet, disciplined atmosphere for studying on the College Campus. This includes making the library resources available and accessible, ensuring a positive and focused study experience for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The committee is responsible for preparing and maintaining an up-to-date collection of books and other library resources relevant to the courses permitted under PCPS & RC, ensuring they meet the academic needs of the students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Functions of the Committee:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enhancing Student Engagement:<\/strong> Foster and enhance the reading habits of students by consistently updating the library with the latest books and resources to support their academic growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Asset Maintenance:<\/strong> Take responsibility for the maintenance and care of all library assets, ensuring they remain in good condition for use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Routine Library Operations:<\/strong> Ensure the smooth functioning of everyday library activities, ensuring accessibility and availability of resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
