The event was inaugurated by Dr. Harish Rao<\/strong> (Vice Chancellor, People’s University) in the presence of Prof.Akhilesh Mittal<\/strong> (Dean, Academic Affairs) and Dr.Pallav Deshpande<\/strong> (Women Scientist, University Grants Commission<\/strong>, Barkatullah University<\/strong>, Bhopal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A thought-provoking lecture by Dr.Pallav Deshpande highlighted the importance of scientific research, innovation, and the role of young minds in advancing science for the benefit of society. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

National Science Day 2026 \u2013 Day 1 | Student Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the celebrations, students from School of Pharmacy & Research<\/strong>, People’s University<\/strong>, JNCT Bhopal<\/strong>, and LNCT Bhopal<\/strong> participated in the Formulation Science Showcase<\/em> themed \u201cFormulation Science in Action: From Concept to Care.\u201d<\/strong> The activity provided a platform for students to present innovative pharmaceutical formulations, highlighting the journey from scientific concepts to practical healthcare solutions and encouraging creativity, research, and hands-on learning in pharmaceutical science.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

National Science Day 2026 | Day 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second day of National Science Day 2026 at the School of Pharmacy and Research, People\u2019s University was marked by enthusiastic student participation in the Science Exhibition and \u201cReels on Research\u201d \u2013 Scientific Video Competition. Students presented creative scientific models and engaging research-based videos, demonstrating their innovative ideas and scientific curiosity.
