An AI application for Histopathological Diagnosis
AI is increasingly helping to uncover hidden insights into clinical decision-making, connect patients with resources for self-management, and extract meaning from previously inaccessible, unstructured data assets.
With the rise of technology in healthcare, MRIs, X-Rays, Biopsy slides or Mammograms can be digitized and stored in cloud. These images dataset then can be leveraged to develop AI models that will identify patterns and make diagnosis suggestions with minimal human direction. This diagnosis will act as second opinion to healthcare professionals.
An AI application has been developed called Aabha which means “Light of Glory” that enable pathologist to diagnose accurate and faster results through abnormal pattern detection.

She completed her bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunication from Kurukshetra University, India and currently pursuing further studies in Data Science from Harvard University.
