Brave Talk Session on Mental Health Awareness & First Aid was organized by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences to promote emotional well-being and mental health literacy among students. The session focused on recognizing early signs of distress and providing basic psychological first aid support.

CRC Center Visit
An educational visit to Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Bhopal was organized for Psychology students of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences to provide practical exposure to rehabilitation services.
The visit enhanced students’ understanding of real-world applications in psychology and created awareness about career opportunities in the field.

A Mental Health Awareness Programme was conducted by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences with the presence of an expert resource person Dr. Nidhi Sahu, Consulting psychologist & Director, Life Ahead Counselling, who shared valuable insights on emotional well-being and first aid.
The session enhanced students’ understanding of mental health management and encouraged interactive learning and open discussion.

A Nukkad Natak programme was organized by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences to spread awareness on important social issues through street theatre.
