Dr. Astha Sharma is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, and institutional strategist with over two decades of experience in higher education and management. Her leadership journey includes pivotal roles as Principal&Dean, in various institutions of India where she has contributed significantly to academic governance, curriculum development, and student-centric innovation.Holding a Ph.D. in Management and MBA, she has also completed advanced Faculty Development Programmes from IIM Bangaluru and EDII Ahmadabad. She has finished numerous courses and workshops on Management, from Coursera, NITTTR, AICTE, NPTEL & SWAYAM. Dr. Abhilasha Jain is an academic professional with more then 20 years of teaching experience. She did her masters in commerce and MBA in Finance and HR. She is a registered Ph.D. Guide and has published papers in national and international journals in the field of management, Finance and Commerce. She currently heading the position Dean Faculty of Management and hotel management and contributed in designing and development of course curriculum. She has initiated PG program of Hospital Administration in Peoples University. She is a Consultant/Advisor/Member of All India Management association (AIMA).

Mr. Devi Singh Thakur currently working as an Assistant Professor in PIMR. He is having huge experience in Industry for 20 years. He served in MNCs across PAN India and abroad. He has served in MNCs like – Ericsson India Pvt Ltd, Nokia Siemens Networks, MTN and Irancell. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Management. He has done MBA in Marketing Management and Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics & Communication).

Mr. Birendra Kumar
Assistant Professor Birendra Kumar is a dedicated and technically skilled engineering professional with an academic background specializing in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication, building a strong foundation in electronic circuits, communication systems, embedded systems, and signal processing. With a deep interest in semiconductor technology and advanced chip design, he pursued and completed his Master of Technology (M.Tech) in VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration). During his postgraduate studies, he gained expertise in digital and analog VLSI design, CMOS circuits, EDA tools, FPGA-based design, and semiconductor device modeling. His academic journey reflects strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a passion for designing efficient and reliable integrated circuits. Birendra is committed to advancing his knowledge in the semiconductor domain and contributing to innovative research and development in VLSI technology. He aims to leverage his technical expertise and academic training to build impactful solutions in chip design, semiconductor fabrication, and modern electronics.

Mr. Pushkar Sharma is MBA (Marketing & Event) and currently working as Assistant Professor in People’s University, Bhopal. He has more than 18 years of Teaching/ Industry experience in the field of Marketing and Administration. He is a growth oriented, organized and dedicated team player with an analytical bent of mind. She has strong hands-on expertise in Management Information Systems and project financing. Ms. Kedia holds an MBA with dual specialization in Finance and Marketing and is proficient in teaching subjects such as Principles of Management, Consumer Behaviors, Project Financing, and related areas. She also oversees the Skill Development Programme at People’s University, where she conducts interactive sessions and guides students in utilizing online platform to enhance their professional competencies.
