M. Tech. (2 Years) Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories) in the qualifying examination. College Level Counseling by Admission Committee, on the basis merit of qualifying examination
B. Tech. (4 Years)
  • Biotechnology: Phy, Chem + Bio/Biotechnology/Maths
  • Civil Engg.: Phy, Chem, Maths
  • Computer Science Engg. / Electrical Engg. / Electronics Engg.: Phy, Maths + Physics / Mathematics / Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Technology / Biology / Informatics Practices / Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject / Agriculture / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies / Entrepreneurship
  • Mechanical Engg.: Phy, Chem, Maths

Passed 10+2 examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
OR
Passed minimum 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Lateral Entry:
Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology.
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.

College Level Counseling by Admission Committee, on the basis merit of qualifying examination
B.Sc. (3 Years) Passed 10+2 examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in Math/Computer Science with Physics and Chemistry. College Level Counseling by Admission Committee, on the basis merit of qualifying examination
Diploma in Engg. (3 Years)
  • Passed 10th Std./SSC examination
  • Lateral Entry: Passed 10+2 examination in subjects mentioned above.
  • OR Passed 10th examination along with 2 year ITI in respective trade.
