the Annual Function 2026, was successfully organized on 17 March 2026 by the People’s Institute of Legal Studies (PILS) at the Auditorium, People’s University. The event served as a vibrant platform for students to showcase their creativity, talent, and cultural abilities.
The cultural segment included captivating solo and group dance performances by students of PILS along with a melodious duet song that enriched the musical atmosphere. Skits on “From School Life to College Life” delivered important social messages.
A highlight of the event was the ramp walk by first and second year students, where Monika Rajput received the “Confidence and Grace Award.” The program also included a certificate distribution ceremony recognizing academic and co-curricular achievements.
SYNERGY
People’s Institute of Legal Studies, People’s University, Bhopal held SNERGY- sports meet from 9-13 February 2026, successfully transformed the campus into a hub athletic arena, cricket matches with badminton record breaking, shot-put throws and sprinting highlighted the student’s physical power. Beyond the field, chess, carrom, fostered strategic thinking. By ensuring equal participation for boys and girls the meet strengthened campus unity and left a lasting legacy of sportsmanship.
Fresher’s Party “IGNITE-2025”
IGNITE-2025 Fresher’s Party was jointly organized by PILS and DHSS to welcome the 2025 batch. The event featured lamp lighting, performances, games, ramp walk, and felicitation. Faculty coordination, hospitality, and student participation made the programme vibrant, memorable, and successful.
Sport& Annual Function
The Annual Function LEXICON 2025 of People’s Institute of Legal Studies and DHSS was held on 12 April 2025. Students presented cultural performances and received sports awards. Dignitaries highlighted holistic development, and the event concluded successfully with unity, celebration, and enthusiasm.
Organisation Of Farewell Party At Department Of Post Graduate Legal Studies, People’s University
With the kind approval of the Chancellor People’s University and in the esteemed guidance of the Vice Chancellor Dr Rajesh Kapoor the Department of Post Graduate Legal Studies, People’s University, Bhopal had recently bid adieu to its outgoing batch of 2021-22 by organising a Farewell Party on 27/08/2022. The event was organized with the approval of Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor, Smt. Megha Vijayvargiya Ma’am and was graced with the august presence of Dr. Neerja Mallick Ma’am, Registrar, People’s University who interacted with and felicitated the students by giving them a token of gift on behalf of the People’s University. Dr. Anju Bajpai, HOD, Department of Post Graduate Legal Studies, guided students for their future career opportunities and motivated the students to pursue the higher studies. Dr. B.P. Tiwari, Retd. Principal, State Law College, Bhopal and Mr. Vishwanath Singh Rajput, Assistant Professor, DPGLS were also present in the same function.
