Academic Excellence	As per the MCI directives to implement CBME, we have started integrated teaching, small group discussion & other innovative methodologies.	Conducting repeated part completion test. Isolating low performers, providing them counselling, motivation & extra teaching hours will be provided.	Motivating them for attending conferences, paper presentations. With the cooperation of other departments we will try to improve the knowledge, skill & attitude of students. To improve the pass percentage.
Research Innovation & Excellence	Encourage the students to take up small research projects under the guidance of staff members. Encouraging the faculty members to take up the research projects.	Encouraging the staff members for taking up the funded research projects from different national, international bodies. Encourage staff members to present oral presentations in conferences. To develop 3D embryological models for teaching & learning of the students. At the departmental level, we will work for conducting workshops and conferences.	For innovation in field of Anatomy, the faculty will work for newer techniques in plastination, human genetics, genetic counselling & histological techniques
National & International Collaborations		We will try to collaborate nationally & internationally for embalming & transportation of dead bodies.
