ANC/PNC Health camp of of PHC Gunga

On 03/11/23, on Friday 10 am to 3 pm OBG Nursing and Community Nursing department: Dr. Naziya Khan, Prof. Sheetal, Mrs. Mariyam, Mr. Manish, Ms. Nitika, Mr. Shakeel Mohan along with GNM III year Internship 15 students had the General and ANC/PNC Health camp of of PHC Gunga, to Asses the Health status of Antenatal and Postnatal Mothers. We aimed to spread the awareness about the minise the High risk condition during antenatal and Postnatal. Also to aware about healthy status of the Mother and Baby, With the help of Health Education of the Anemia, HTN, D.M, and on High risk conditions by the students.

International conference On the occasion of Cancer awareness

On 31/10/2023 Nursing Department conducted a International conference On the occasion of Cancer awareness month PCNRC organised International conference ” Cognizance Resilience and Integration of Research in Cancer Management on 31/10/23. Dr. Rajnarayan Tiwari, director of NIREH Bhopal, was our chief guest. Session first was dealt by Dr. Vishu Vijyant chauhan.” Primary prevention and Control and it’s implications”. The second session was dealt by Dr. Shyam agrwal ” Global initiative and Innovation in Cancer Research and technology”. The third session dealt by prof. Soni shaji Pscho- oncology coping depression” and the last session was taken by Pro shiny sam ” Integrative medicine and resilience”. The poster and paper presentation was done by different participants. In this conference Overall 580 participants gather through the offline and virtual mode For success the event.

organised rally and poster competition in CHC Ratua

On 11/10/23 , MHN department faculties Mrs.Joyce Peter(HOD), Mrs.Riya Singh Kushwaha, Mr.Amit Das, Mr Vijay James, Ms. Yashraj Anad & Ms.Meyvish Nisha organised rally and poster competition in CHC Ratua accompained by B.Sc.(N) 1st Sem, GNM II year & M.c.II nd year students.The objectives of the rally and poster competition were to emphasize the importance of mental health and raise awareness about ‘Mental Health Is Universal Right’. Total 35 students were participated in poster competition and rally.

On 09/10/23, on Monday 10 am to 3 pm OBG Nursing and Community Nursing department: Ms. Deepika, Mr. Shakeel Mohan, Ms. Maya, Ms. Anuradha, Ms Riya Thakur, ms. Vimla along with Bsc IV year Internship 15 students, GNM III year Internship 15 students had the General Health camp of of CHC Ratua, to asses the Health status of Perticular area. We aimed to spread the awareness about their healthy life style. With the help of Demonstration and Health Awareness of the different communicable disease by the students.

World Heart day under the umbrella of People’s University.

On 29th September 2023 MSN dept, PCN and RC celebrated World Heart day under the umbrella of People’s University. This program was conducted to make people aware about the importance of exercise and walking on heart health. A Walkathon was done from PCN and RC to PPS ground. On this occasion Dr. Harish Rao, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Neerja Mallick Registrar, Mr. Akhilesh Mittal, Dr. Mousmi S. Lendhe Principal and Mr. Sanjay Singh Rajput, DSW were present along with 450 faculties and students.

On 28/07/2023 Day Friday Department of Community Health Nursing Celebrated World Hepatitis Day on the Theme “One Life One Liver” under the guidance of Prof. Sheetal Das HOD (CHN). The department has organized an expert talk concerning the WHO theme, Dr. Shivshankar Badole Asst. Professor, Medicine department envisaged about the history, current situation, and prevention of various Hepatitis infection. Programme started by welcome speech by MrShakeel Mohan Asst. Prof., Followed by unveiled the theme Prof. Sheetal das, Dr. Mousmi S lendhe. Principal PCN&RC addressed the key issues about hepatitis day.
