Industry Collaboration & Centre of Excellence
Strengthen partnerships with food industries to enhance internships, live projects, and placements.
Establish a Centre of Excellence in Food Technology in Central India (Madhya Pradesh) to promote advanced research, industry collaboration, skill development, and support for startups and MSMEs.
Research, Innovation &Startups
Promote research in food product development, value addition, and waste utilization while encouraging patents, incubation, and student-led startups.
Infrastructure & Laboratory Excellence
Upgrade laboratories with advanced equipment and develop pilot-scale processing facilities to provide hands-on, industry-oriented learning.
Sustainability & Community Engagement
Adopt green processing technologies, promote food safety awareness, and engage with farmers, entrepreneurs, and local communities for technology transfer and outreach.
