Dear Students,

  1. Application for Revaluation shall be submitted online with prescribed fee within 7 days from the date of declaration of results without Late Fee and next 03 Days with Late Fee. Submit Online Revaluation Application
  2. No application shall be accepted after due date as mentioned above.
  3. Original Marks / Grade and result become VOID and will be replaced with new Marks / Grade, if the Result / Grade changes.
  4. No separate circular shall be issued for last date of acceptance of Revaluation applications after declaration of any result.

Process of Revaluation

 

A candidate whose result has been declared may apply to the Controller of Examinations in the prescribed form and fee within Seven days of the declaration of his result for the revaluation of any of his answer books.

Provided that, no candidate shall be allowed to have more than two answer books Re-valuated

Provided also that, no revaluation shall be allowed in case of scripts of practical, field work, sessional work test and thesis submitted in lieu of a paper at the examination.

Students who wish to apply for Revaluation in one or   two subjects shall apply for the same in prescribed form along with prescribed fee within 7 days from the date of declaration of results without Late Fee and next 03 Days with Late Fee.

Students who have passed the examination can also apply for revaluation for any revision and improvement in their Marks / Grade / Class. However their original Marks / Grade and result become VOID and will be replaced by new Marks / grade and result after revaluation

Office of the controller shall complete the process of Revaluation normally within one month from the last date of receipt of applications.

Revaluation of theory papers shall be done by examiners other than original examiner.

If the average marks obtained in revaluation by two examiners are less than or equal to 20% of the marks secured by the candidate earlier . The average shall be taken for recasting the results.

If the average of marks obtained in revaluation by two examiners, if is more than 20% of marks secured by candidate earlier, then shall be revaluated by the third examiner. The average of all three examiners shall be taken for recasting the results.
